ABOUT OUR BUILDING
Lightwell Lofts are a Historic, exterior, apartment building located in Downtown Roanoke, Virginia. These apartments are newly renovated and have modern interior. All of these apartments include: Granite counter tops, Custom Cabinets, Stainless Appliances, Hardwood Floors, Washers and Dryers. The apartment building has an option of 1 TO 2 bedrooms available from $1175 TO $1540 per month. and one month rent is required as a deposit. We welcome pets under 35lbs per pet with a non refundable fee of $200 and $20 per pet per month in addition to rent. We also have extra storage space available for rent and discounted monthly covered parking is available across the street from our building.
